Now that Moffat has given the fandom a bit of information about season Fnarg3 (7), I can begin to speculate on what will happen. But first, here's the tally from my last batch of predictions.
The red car that the Doctor reclines on from “The Impossible Astronaut” is a TARDIS- not answered
“A Good Man Goes to War” -not even a prediction

Yah, no.
But with the Moff's most recent comments about Amy and Rory leaving the show, I have a couple ideas.

He said that A&R are going to leave in ep five which feature Weeping Angels in NYC. First off, can we say AWESOME! I can't wait. And I won't be able to sleep at night for a couple days, but that's not really that important cause WEEPING ANGELS!!!
Way back during DotM, Melody/River ended up regenerating in an alley in NYC. And in TIA, Old Canton goes "I'll be seeing you" and refers to A&R by name.
I don't know if it's just me, but I am terrible with names. I doubt Old Canton would be able to remember Amy and Rory's name after just one adventure.
Here's how I think it will play out. A&R get blown back to the 6 month period between them leaving the time originally and River's regeneration. They find Canton 3 and with his help, get set up in new identities in the US.
Then River/Melody regenerates and they hear about it. They adopt her and have the big happy family reunion
R/M goes "I can fix that" right before she regenerates. She knows about regeneration beforehand. So she was told by someone. Probably Madame Kovarian if they were good about it. Nothing says awesome like a ninja assassin that can change race/gender.
A&R find and raise her, but they can't tell Melody about it cause of wibbly/wobblyness. This gets A&R out and the new companion space open without killing both of them off.
Then again, this is Moffat so he might pull a "rocks fall, everyone dies" thing.
