R.I.P. Sugar Heart of Equestria

Sugar Heart has died in a blaze of glory, saving the world from the undead hordes.

The team was split. Myself, Dove, Eva and Petrus were in Canterlot dealing with an invite to an Ib'xan fighting tournament, when they noticed something wrong over Ponyville. We took the train down to investigate. Temporis also saw the weirdness and spelltalked to Twilight Sparkle. Twilight was now Twilich. Twilich wanted Temporis to join her.

Kirby tells us to make a perception check and we all fail. Cue train crash. Petrus dies instantly, leaving only myself, Dove and Eva alive. My alchemists kit is trashed and my armor now looks like the cover art of Lady Gaga's Applause. We head towards Ponyville and the world is getting a bit weirder. Like, Discorded weirder.

I need at least a temporary replacement for my alchemist's kit, so we head to Sugarcube Corner. Pinkie is there, hiding from some zombies roaming around (I also don't have access to my bombs. ARGH!). We come up with a plan to shepherd the remaining civilians into the Corner to keep them safe.

It works, thanks to a few alchemically enhanced shots from the party cannon. Parties can channel AoE'd positive energy, apparently. The horde is destroyed and we can take a breather. Or not. The ley erupts. Twilich has finished turning Temporis into a Grave Knight (He lasted 7 rounds), she doesn't need Ponyville anymore.

We are all vaporised, but Eva's atlas, where she had been recording the adventures survives. It's floating in the middle of the ley, but it still exists.

We knew this was going to be some of us's last Whispers & Echoes game, but Kirby made it an awesome one.
